Single-Session Therapy
75 minutes | £90
A focused, collaborative 75-minute therapeutic consultation informed by the Single Session Work approach taught at The Bouverie Centre, La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia, where Sharon undertook professional training.
This approach recognises that a single therapeutic conversation can be meaningful in its own right.
Together, we explore your current circumstances, the concerns that matter most, your relationships, strengths and existing resources. The aim is to develop greater understanding, identify possibilities for change and consider practical next steps.
The session is tailored to your individual needs, with no expectation or obligation to commit to ongoing therapy.

What to expect
In a first session
You don’t need to prepare anything. We’ll talk about what’s brought you here, what’s been going on and what you’d like to be different.
Together we’ll try to name what’s actually hurting, notice any patterns and look at the strengths you already have. By the end, we’ll agree on what feels like a sensible next step — whether that’s more sessions, some resources, or nothing further for now.
